The paperback edition of Jean-Luc Godard’s book Introduction to a True History of Cinema and Television is available exclusively by mail from caboose.

The paperback edition costs $50. Canadian customers pay in CAD and all other customers pay in USD. 5% GST is applied to all Canadian orders.

U.S. and international orders ship from the United States using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. European orders ship from within the EU via Deutsche Post. Canadian orders ship from Canada using Canada Post Expedited Mail service.

Within Europe, $25
Within Canada, $11 to Ontario and Quebec, $15 to the rest of the country.
